There is also a volunteer program here at Albergue. The program gives volunteers the opportunity to live in a Costa Rican home and learn the land and the way of life here on the farm. As a volunteer, you will be expected to participate in the daily activities, and help around the property. Volunteering is a good way to experience Costa Rica in a very unique way.

There is always an opening for a volunteer who is ready and willing to help. Length of stay and specific jobs can be worked out with the family before arrival. We also welcome people with different ideas and projects to make this reserve a better place.

Each volunteer will need to pay US$ 5 per day for all food and housing.
